Please read through this policy before submitting your return.
一、All return requests must be placed by first filling out the After-Sales Request Form. Please do not ship any items back to us without receiving prior approval. Any items returned without prior approval will not eligible for a refund. Any issues regarding damaged or missing merchandise must be communicated to ferei within 7 days of delivery. If this does not happen within 7 days, ferei will not be held responsible for any damage or loss.
二、 CANCELLING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT
- If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting Ferei via email or the official website’s live chat. Requests for a modification or cancellation after 24 hours may not be granted. If it is granted, there may be additional fees.
- After 24 hours of placing a custom order, returns and/or modifications are very unlikely to be granted.
- If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped,you may notify us by email or ferei’ official website’s live chat. In some cases, the order may have already been dispatched before you receive a notification.
三、Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packagingincluded.
All items returned for a refund, exchange, must remain in new, re-sellable. Additionally, items must be returned in their original packaging, which must also be in pristine condition, except for those that cannot be easily opened without damaging the packaging, to avoid restocking fees. Your return must include all accessories originally included with the item. If an item was purchased as part of a multi-item pack, all items within that pack must be returned together. (Individually packaged bundled items may be returned separately.) Items returned with damaged packaging or missing accessories may incur restocking and processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
四、Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange，Return and exchange Shipping will be on your charge.
五、Ferei Store will only process returns and refunds for items purchased through www.fereistore.com. You must have a valid Ferei Store order number.
六、If you return items :
- that were not purchased from Ferei Store
- that are not in their original condition
- that are without proper or missing packaging
- with items missing from the return delivery
- without following our return instructions
- have otherwise failed to exercise reasonable care when taking care of and returning items, we reserve the right either to reject your return and decline to refund, or to deduct from those payments to be refunded to you reasonable repair or other similar direct costs that we have incurred, subject to applicable law.
Exchange:
1. Every item can only exchange once, The exchange shipping fee will be on your charge.
Important Notice:
1. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the FEREI STORE Site by accident in yourreturn package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
2. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refundand to send the item back to you.
