All orders will be processed within 24 hours, it can’t be cancelled after being accepted by warehouse.Order processing time may be shorter on business days, but slight delays may occur during weekends and holidays.

Based on your order contents, shipping address, and inventory availability, we will select the most suitablewarehouse for dispatching your order.Typically, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days afterpayment confirmation. However, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to different shipping timesand customs clearance processes in different regions.

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 days from our warehouse.Pre-sale order will be shipped 10-20 days (as the case may be).

The delivery time varies according to different regions (5-7days).

•In case of extreme weather or any force majeure logistics company caused by delayed delivery of yourorder, no refund will be accepted.

• If the address was filled in incorrectly, refund or reissue request will not be accepted.

• If the package is not found due to unknown reasons, please contact USPS to report the loss of the package.
